Spanish I
The purpose of this course is to develop within you the ability to use Spanish to communicate about everyday topics with which you are familiar. You will be learning about Hispanic culture and its influence. Upon completion of this course you should have acquired enough Spanish to function at a minimum of a Novice level of proficiency.

Our course is arranged around four thematic units which are:
I. Marking Period 1: My Daily Routine (Mi rutina diaria)
II. Marking Period 2: Where Do I live? (¿Dónde vivo yo?)
III. Marking Period 3: A Healthy Me (Una vida saludable)
IV. Marking Period 4: My First Trip (Mi primer viaje)
Each one of these thematic units is accompanied by a unit packet. In them, you can find pictures representing the new vocabulary, basic questions with their responses and some grammar structures to support the vocabulary.
I. Marking Period 1: My Daily Routine (Mi rutina diaria)
II. Marking Period 2: Where Do I live? (¿Dónde vivo yo?)
III. Marking Period 3: A Healthy Me (Una vida saludable)
IV. Marking Period 4: My First Trip (Mi primer viaje)
Each one of these thematic units is accompanied by a unit packet. In them, you can find pictures representing the new vocabulary, basic questions with their responses and some grammar structures to support the vocabulary.
